Stupid game bug caused 500+simcash lost!
During last week’s Mayor’s Contest(end at 2026.01.07), my game experienced severe lag and performance issues. As a result, several assignments that were already completed but not yet collected disappeared after restarting the game. This caused me to lose approximately 11,000 Contest Crystals. Due to this issue, my final ranking dropped from 3rd place to 4th place, which resulted in missing the following rewards: 500 SimCash 50 Golden Keys 5 Gold Speed-Up Tokens This was not caused by player error, but by game performance problems. I’ve read the forums and confirmed my services like Power and Water are configured correctly, connected and have more than enough capacity. Yet many of my buildings are marked as not having power and water, and this has a highly negative impact on game-play. I’ve wasted simoleans and neo-simoleans on upgrades to try and resolve this, how will you refund me given these non-stop offers you post for me to spend actual money on them? Based on the forums this is a game-wide impact and not just a single-under or small-user error. Please let us know EA timing to resolve this defect and provide refunds for our game spend.

Bug with ‘red services’ and entire game stalls
So, like many others, my city’s services capacities greatly outnumber the demande but still, the red symbols appear as though the supply for these services is lacking. However, after even trying to demolish all roads and rebuilding them, now, it seems as though all my game is stalled! I cant do anything to upgrade my residential units, my population does not vary at all and stays at the exact same number. The only thing I can see to do and produce items in my factories and sell them through the shipyard, etc. Why is my game stalled like this? I completed the update from 2 days ago but nothing changed. EA have made a change to buying war cards without any announcement, probably along side the change to being able to buy war items with simcash. Common cards used to start at 15, go up in increments of 1 to 20 simcash, then go up in increments of 2 to 30 simcash and then increments of 3 and so on. Buying 20 common cards used to cost around 650 simcash, now it’s around 1200 simcash. Thoughts?[2026] "Add Me" Thread - Find New Friends/Neighbors in SCBI

Buildit App won't open on iPad (latest model)
My Simcity Build it App suddenly does not want to open. When I hit it goes to the White screen with ea symbol then to city with bar showing progress of load. Them it just shuts down. I've tried all the hints re what to do. I am very reluctant to uninstall and then reinstall without a guarantee I would go back to the same city. I've spent too much time (and monet!) getting to where it was. How do I know if I was playing through game centre. Sim City shows up in game centre when i open it. Is that enough to be sure it can be restored? It's pretty frustrating as it stopped working all of a sudden. Thanks
Bridge disconnected again?
I was trying to dispatch a train on the station in the mainland of Green Valley and then I received a notice that that train station is not connected to another station (the next station is on the island). When I investigated, I saw that the bridge is disconnected. I tried connecting it again and it wouldn't connect. Help!
