This is one of the best, if not the best guides I've ever seen to give new players some general understanding of the game. Their are however some points that I want to add something to.
1. The Peel Shield only blocks 75 points of damage. It used to block 100 pointd of damage in the beta, but people conplained that it was too hard to destroy with a primaty, so PopCap nerfed it for the release.
2. in my opinion, Corn is not limited to close range fights. Altough his damage profile heavyly implies you to fight, he still does decent damage at medium range. He starts to lack out in longer ranged fights. It might be because I have the damage upgrade on him, but even without it, he can hold his own at medium range without any trouble.
3. the Scientist could be considered a damager as well as a healer. This is very subjective, but his original kit (including the Heal Station which is still abailable) and the high burst damage allowed him to take on almost all of the Plant original cast (excluding the Chomper, who acts as his counter) without trouble or help from his teammates. In this game, the Heal Beam of Science allows the Scientist to gocus on healing, but he still works well in his original assault form.
