my pogo slots has been down all day . I also hate the new slots, a waste of time, but they are pretty

Please fix pogo slots not loading for 2 days and I have tried everything and nothing works!  Very frustrating and disappointed!

I can't get pogo slots to load all month and if it does load I might get to spin 4 or 5 times and then goes to reload

Same as above. I can’t get slots to load at all today. Just sits on the pogo screen. I also have an issue with Grants garden getting close to a butterfly fill and crashing and reloading I tried on multiple browsers (and both my phone and iPad) all same issue. 

I’m having the same problem. I play on an iPad Pro. For the past few days when trying to open pogo slots, I eventually get a message that it will not run on mobile devices. I had been able to run it on my iPad, as long as I was not using chrome browser. That in itself is irritating but workable when I feel like messing with it. However, it has been days now and I still cannot load it, so I may not be able to play the monthly challenges. By the way, I’m Club Pogo and I purchase many badges to earn, so I’m wondering if the hassle is worth playing pogo anymore. Pogo, get your games fixed!

Can we get SOMEONE with EA to answer? There seems to be no way to get technical help from pogo anymore. Why do we pay for access to games that don’t work?

I agree, you cannot get any help from pogo, my pogo slots hasn't loaded in 2 days, my bowling has been messed up for a long time. it seems the screw ups are happening. and all the new games use a lot of power ups, which I am sure is intentional

I encountered this issue as well while playing for the Harvest Haul event. I was able to correct the error by exiting the site - clearing my cookies, cache, checking for updates and rebooting. After I did this, the game worked fine. 

Errors:

For Windows 11 Users >>> So far in October 2024 we have received 5 updates for our devices, please double check your system for updates.

My pogo slot game will not load and I am trying for the Oct/24 badge  in pogo slots and it does not update the games I have won to get the badge.

Same here mine is going on 1 week. I have done everything as on support twice but still not working. Fix this crap!

EA needs to either fix the slots that won't download or delete the entire game from their lineup. I've been a paying member of Pogo for more than 20 years and the broken slots that EA will not fix makes me think the rest of the games may soon be corrupted without EA doing anything about it.

One of the weekly badges is Pogo Slots, and it feels like EA is messing with us by offering it knowing it won't open.

I assume the problem is with the new slots game recently introduced. Why don't you delete the new one and let us keep the old one? 

Could you please let us know the status of any repairs EA has started and an estimated repair date?

I don't often make threats, but there are tons of games all over the Internet that are free. If you want me to keep paying monthly fees plus hundreds in badges that I've paid to play for 20+ years, you need to fix your Slots game and quit lollygagging.

I am retired and play Pogo games to relax. When I find a Pogo game that doesn't work, I stop relaxing.  It is taking too long to fix, which makes me think pogo laid off some tech people and have stretched their staff too thin.

Safari, Mozilla not loading. Bad enough you took my gems when you did your mistake and gifted only 50. Slots for over 48 hours not loading. Over 20 years of loyalty not appreciated. It will be my last year.

Update to the latest version of Safari - Apple Support

I am a 2024 HP Windows 11 user and on Page 2 of this posting I displayed that I was able to accomplish the Grants Garden Badge, after updating my device. So far Windows users have endured 5 updates in the month of October, 3 were in pending without my knowledge. So, it is always a good idea to double check our devices for updates 😊

What is wrong with the pogo slots? I have played them for over 20 years. Have not been able to play them at all over couple weeks. Did you get rid of the pogo slots? I am so frustrated. Let me know and I will search for new games that work. Please let me know what to do.
