@ArcadeBuster Which Xbox is it?
Do you happen to have Game Pass Ultimate or do you only play on Xbox? - @EA_Shepard Xbox series X and yes I do have game pass ultimate. I have a different save file on my pc under ArcadeBuster as well I believe on orgin

@ArcadeBuster Okay cool, so, Game Pass Ultimate has cloud gaming and local gaming. Since cloud gaming is gaming anywhere, I would first check your PC to see. This could honestly go a few ways. Something similar happened to me with Assassins Creed and I found this out the hard way. May not apply to you at all but something to check just in case
First, pull up the Xbox app and load up the game under PC games. If you load in and your data is there then its local to the PC. Cant transfer that.
If it is not, go to the cloud gaming, load that up and it will sync the Xbox cloud. This doesn't do much other than sync so you can't lose data if you played on a console.
For the console itself though, there are steps you can take if it is a sync issue and you haven't removed the Xbox account from the original EA account.
When it comes to the Origin client though, that's data that would be PC only and wouldn't even affect console. These steps are purely to clean up and refresh the connection to the cloud. They won't delete any content from your games or console.
- Quit all running Apps (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USBs from the console then restart the Xbox and check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
- @EA_Shepard Hey I really appreciate the help I loaded the game up on the cloud and tried to Open the sticker shop but it just froze again. Let me know if I can provide anything to help work through this.

@ArcadeBuster and it is just that one (or specific packs) right? It doesn't happen to any that you open?
- @EA_Shepard when I go to the sticker shop I can buy and pack I want with coins but my dlc is locked behind the gift shop which when I try to open freezes my game making it impossible to open.

@ArcadeBuster Okay gotcha. past a reinstall, when you go to manage games on the Xbox, do you see downloaded DLC there, and does it allow you to delete it? Im not at my console, so I cant test it myself.
- @EA_Shepard Yes I’ve reinstalled many times both dlc and the game. I’m currently looking at GW2 and all the add ons (DLC all installed) Im uninstalling them now

@ArcadeBuster What i was thinking was to delete just the DLC, go play some battles, then close down, redownload DLC, play battles, try again with the packs. I remember this being an issue a while ago and there was a trick without having to go to support to fix the DLC portions of it.

@ArcadeBuster You are most welcome. Honestly just a couple. It will sync up each time. The more data to sync the better.

@ArcadeBuster You can go into manage games and apps, delete all of the profile data listed there and then redownload the game (optional) or clear alt mac address again and check it.
If that does not work, you need to message live support to have them look at the account as we cannot. They can possibly make changes like removing the DLC and regranting it to test it but that would be up to them.
- @EA_Shepard Ok I’m going through the processes again I’ve been trying to work with support but they haven’t been any help and have only referred me to this board.
- @EA_Shepard Didnt work again and I even tried to reset the file to make it work and it didn’t.

@ArcadeBuster I am reaching out to some folks on this one. There are a couple of steps I was trying to avoid, but you can try if you like or have the option
If you can download the game on another Xbox profile, and see if errors happen, that may kick it in.
You can try another console in general and see if it is data on the console. There is a delete from the cloud and a delete from everywhere.
Deleting cloud data cant really delete like online data because it server side, it would only delete data related to like a campaign mode in games.

@ArcadeBuster Do you by change have a custom Gamertag picture? Just to clarify, you have not at any point removed the Xbox account from the EA account?

@ArcadeBuster I'm poking around to see if I can find more steps. This is a tougher one because there isn't really a restore progress feature for the game.

@ArcadeBuster I asked about it and sadly we here have no tools for it as I wish we did. If the Xbox account was never removed from the EA account, its either corrupted data and or a sync issue. It will just be a matter of getting it sync up.
