Community Manager@ArcadeBuster I asked about it and sadly we here have no tools for it as I wish we did. If the Xbox account was never removed from the EA account, its either corrupted data and or a sync issue. It will just be a matter of getting it sync up.

Is your Xbox account connected to the same EA account you were originally using? Your GW2 save isn't tied to your Xbox account, but your EA one. If you unlink your original Xbox account to a different EA account, you won't have your progress. Make sure you didn't sign into the wrong one.
