I really can empathize with your frustration. After I thought about it for a bit, I realized that this has in fact happened to my club twice. Both times after I removed some inactive players and replaced them with active players more interested in war. Like you, I was trying to build a better/stronger team, instead what I got was a headache. Mine only lasted 24 hours though, not 3 days. No matter what, keep trying to initiate a war, every chance you get. Eventually you will be matched. You might want to consider adding two or three Arena 1 players, each with war levels around 5? or less to drop your club's average war score. That's the best suggestion I can think of right now. I sincerely hope this issue is resolved within the next 24 hours, if its not I would contact https://simcity-buildit.zendesk.com

@ConradJ83  I understand you’re frustrated but the only thing disturbing is the attitude you are demonstrating. I have known @never2old2game for some time and she has always been kind, knowledgeable and generous in sharing correct information especially when someone asked for help as you did. The answer you were given is correct - whether you accept it or not is up to you...and since you already knew the link why haven’t you used it? A simple thank you would have been sufficient.

@ConradJ83  There is absolutely no need to be rude especially to someone seriously trying to help you. If all you needed was to rant, you could have done so, with our sympathies. Have a nicer day.

What disturbs me are your answers. And I don't take my time to answer your conjectures. To concludes: can you be sure that I have not used the connection link? You are a wizard? No, you are not. Ea does not respond to that link and the incorrect information is related to the score i ranking which increases or decreases only at the end of the war. Read the topic better. So ea not respond, in the forum they give me wrong information about the score. Both asking for help from and via the link or opening a topic are useless. Thanks for what? Of not helping. If you want to continue to rant do it, but reread the topic. The score increases or decreases after the war by not adding new members. No solution in this topic, no solution from ea. Cancel the game and logout to this forum, is a good solution.

@ConradJ83  I think @never2old2game is talking about the average war score, not the war rate. Like if you restart your club, you will have higher average score which is unsuitable for the lower arena. That was not your case but people are trying to understand your situation to help you. 

Match making is based on the number of members, war rate, and the timing. I’m not sure if the average score is related to the matchmaking, but her suggestion was to add  A1 players so your club will be suitable to find an opponent in A2, in my understanding. 

@ConradJ83  Since you choose to communicate in French here’s your response. Je suis honoré de faire partie d'aussi merveilleuses dames ... mais vous n'êtes pas tellement avec votre façon d'agir - si ignorante, si mesquine. 

If you wish to gain insight into how the system works (although apparently you already know) research the ELO system. I recognize EA uses a modified and diluted version but the basis is ELO. Once you have completed this, if you so choose look through the archives and see if you can find a series of posts from a gentleman from Hungary who provided great insight into how the ELO system differs from what EA is using and in the process enlightened all how EA’s system worked.

As far as communicating with the help desk, it takes some effort due to language differences and what you mean and what is translated can be very different...take the time to understand how they interpret what you shared and show patience and help them understand what you actually meant. In the same breath, you need to show patience and appreciation for those that respond to your question as they are simply passing along the kindness someone else showed them along the way. Also learn when your rude behavior has been brought to your attention you have been given the opportunity to change course and simply apologize...otherwise it has a way to find it’s way back to you abundantly in all aspects of life.
