What happens when the bug occurs? I opened the chest, received the item, but the game doesn’t count the chest as opened.
What do you expect to see? I expect to get credit for opening the chest.
Something I noticed, which may or may not be related, is after the game crashed on Ilum, a lot of the echoes I had gathered has reset too. I was able to gather those again though.
I take it back, I got it to work. You have to restart your Xbox after the update has been installed, like through settings. Then the achievement popped up while I was still on my ship on Ilum.
