Spore space stage crashes when i click the captain's logs

I'm use window 10 and i have spore GA now then i try click to captain's logs what do it? that spore crash or glitch or bugs?
I don't have a Stream and Origin because i can't use stream or origin. but I'm used Spore GOG with GA and Cute & Creepy DLC
I dont know how to fix captain's logs? do can you help me pls?
