Cannot scan "Acquiring the Holocon" encrypted log on Bogano

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Cannot seem to scan the "Acquiring the Holocron" log on Bogano thats located within the abandoned workshop.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Inside of the workshop immediately to your left when you walk in through the door are multiple statues that BD-1 can scan.
What happens when the bug occurs? The scan will not appear. BD does not seem to jump off and find this holocron log
What do you expect to see? I expected to have BD jump off and scan these statues to get the encrypted log

Please let me know if someone has experienced this and found a way to still have it eventually appear. I would prefer to not start over the game entirely.

    @Hunter071319 I had this same problem. Figured I was out of luck, but I ended up getting it. Here’s what I did.

    I left the area, left the planet, explored other locations for a bit, rested at a meditation point and then completely shut down the game (making sure not to let the console resume where I left off by quitting the game and launching from the games menu). Then I went back to the Bogano, back into the room and BD-1 jumped off and let me scan it as normal.

    Probably too late to help you by now, but maybe it’ll help someone else.

    Same happened to me on PS5, restarted the game and it was fixed
