You can just start a new game. It will take you back through the entire process.
Under the Story heading the 2nd choice is Restart the Story. This completely resets and lets you pick your characters.
Continue the Story will pick up where you left off last.
You can also replay any mission you've started (and change difficulty) by selecting that mission in the same menu.

As a caveat, it completely deletes the campaign progress as well. Meaning that if you already completed the campaign you will have to play through it all again to get to the last mission. The mission selection window is wiped clean. Medal progress however is stored. Once you complete a mission all the new plus old medals are shown.
