Hi @willyswim

That error message tends to crop up for a few reasons:

  1. New EA Account: The EA Account is newly created and has not fully completed the set-up process. 
  2. SWGOH Account isn’t connected to the EA account: If step one wasn’t completed, you’ll encounter this error message here. 
  3. A Second SWGOH account: The email you're entering on the webstore is registered to a different SWGOH account.

We've popped down recommendations for each of those scenarios in this guide '[SWGOH] Webstore Errors Guide'.

Head on to Step #3 to find them and give the suggestions a try.

  • Doesnt work still. found step 3 last week and went through it. Just tried again and same error.

  • Yup, none of this works.  Not sure why EA is OK with giving rewards to some players but not all players.  And if you point out it's unfair, your post might be removed.

    If the issue persists after reading through that guide and trying the steps, then it might be a bug. You can flag potential bugs on the bug report board using the bug report template. It gathers some basic info that'd needed to start looking into issues so it'd good to get that template filled out if you can at all. This guide shares more about the bug board and bug reports:
