Path of Restoration Parma-Bug (Complete w/ no rewards)

Summarize your bug Path of Restoration Game-Breaking, Vanishing Act, Perma-bug. Ball to puzzle disappears if you send it to the top and die in final conflict - permanently locking out completion and huge game rewards.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do the puzzle. Send the ball to top. Then die and watch Hudini make the ball disappear. Then watch the save system bone you as it auto saves your bugged game over your clean version.
What happens when the bug occurs? Acts as if completed, but didn't and no rewards.
What do you expect to see? I don't know, the end of the quest?
Path of Restoration Permanently Bugged.
Completed Puzzle to the point I sent the final ball to the very top of the mountain & made sure to push the ball in once I got to the top, just in case I died, it would still be completed. However, that backfired because of the technical issues with this game & I did end up dying to the final batch of imperials up top just as I pushed the ball in and completed the Rumor. Rumor completion notification popped on screen just before I died, but I didnt have a chance to collect any rewards or anything as you should upon completing each one. So, upon dying and returning to the puzzle, the entire thing has been reset, the rumor has disappeared, the rewards are not sitting up top waiting to be claimed, & the ball I sent up to the top is still gone. So there's now no ball to use to switch the walls, nor is there a ball for me even to send to the top to complete the Puzzle, even if the walls were in the right position. Quit the game, loaded back in and it's still bugged and since there's no manual saves and only a single save slot, the Puzzle bugged and then game auto saved when I died so Puzzle is now permanently inaccessible, preventing me from getting a trophy, the platinum, and several in game perks for completing these puzzles and am forced to either start all over and throw away my platinum run save, or just quit playing. And that's sad because technical issues aside, this is a banger of a game. But doesn't mean anything if we can't actually play it.
