Did not receive pre-order bonus for when pre-ordering Jedi Survivor for PS4.

I know there’s already a forum post about this, but the employee who was handling it took so long to respond that they ended up retiring. In the meantime, I kept playing and have made a lot of progress in the game. I realize it’s been quite a while since the PS4 version was released, but I’d really appreciate any help in getting the Hermit cosmetics.
