Unable to access section of Hangar bay

Summarize your bug I am going back to nova Garin to complete it and I am unable to get to a section of the hanger bay because I cannot access any of the access points. One way seems to be a one way down slide and there is a grapple point in the hanger that I cannot access from the ground floor and I can't get to a higher floor in order to access it. BD one cannot move the access point because it is out of range of his electro dart.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In central command there is a cat walk that has a light saber slide it down to the main level but you cannot get back up that way, the other point to get to the level seems to be a grapple point I can't access it is too far
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to access a chest and an undiscovered area at the end our a hall that runs parallel to the officers quarters area
What do you expect to see? Expect to be able to access. All major skills unlocked.
