I am doing my first run of the game, and am on the quest "eye of the storm". I got to the point where I meet the first rocket trooper dude. After clearing these enemies is a windmill puzzle with multiple windmills. After clearing the first windmill, I jumped to the second (broken) windmill. The blade of the windmill falls away after you land on it, and i'm guessing you're supposed to jump to the top when this happens. I failed, and the game put me back onto the first windmill.

However now, the second (broken) windmill has not reset, so I can't seem to jump to it no matter what I do. Is there a way to reset the broken windmill to the original state so I can continue?

On top of this, im unable to backtrack because I can't seem to make the jump back onto the windmill prior to the section.
i restarted the game several times , the windmill always fall down into vertical position.
