  • I did. I tried to contact customer support asking for help to upgrade my disc copy to digital, and they talked to me like i was from Mars. I’ve read that article and tried the steps within it dozens of times.

Hi @liamtmiller, With the disc in your system, can you try going to the Xbox store and see if you have a download/install option for the Series S|X version?

  • I didn’t see anything like that. But, i just got a prompt to download an update that’s even bigger than the base game, while the disc was inserted into my xbox one. Could that be the next gen version?

    Hey @liamtmiller

It could be, how large is the install?

Also, it should have the X|S symbol on the game tile if your downloading/playing the next-gen version.

    Like this...

  • It was about 40gb. It didn’t have the x/s logo when i installed it though. I don’t think that was it. Would redeeming the product code that came with the case work?

Hi @liamtmiller, I don't remember if Fallen Order disc's launched with a redemption code, if it shows for the game versus something like a trial of Xbox Game pass... You can try redeeming the code to confirm.

However the next gen version is about 45~ GB of data so it updating makes me think that's what it's grabbing.
