Unfortunately when it comes to packs it's the luck of the draw. Since it's a platinum level item it has a low drop rate and due to RNG you could get 4 in a hypercrate or none. Just depends. There are options to try to earn, not sure on what server you are on but on Harbinger usually going for around 50mil not 100mil, so it's doable.
There are ways to earn credits, you can earn up to 4mil from heroics if you do all of them in a week, farm mats and then selling them on the GTN, buy a hypercrate and don't open it but sell the hypercrate on the GTN, usually those can go for at least 10mil if not more.
See which ones are available to purchase from the market and see how much they are going for on the GTN, then whatever hypercrate is selling for more, buy that one and then when the timer expires sell it on the GTN. If it sells for high enough one or two sales may get you enough to buy it from the GTN. Once unlocked any more can be bought from collections.
You can also open the hypercrate and packs in it then sell the individual items on the GTN once the timer expires however that takes a bit longer and you may have to keep checking the GTN to relist so someone doesn't undercut your price. I've made around 20 - 30mil that way.
There are other ways such as checking the GTN, looking for someone selling items way below the normal price, buying them up and then reposting for a higher amount to make the difference. Like if you see someone selling something for 20k and everyone else is selling it for 300k, buy the 20k items and relist below the other prices a bit so yours sells.
