Cant log in or change my password

Ive tried to login in and its been some years so I don't remember my password so I tried to reset it but I got the pic below.

I don't have the swotr key app anymore and I cant login to change it to Google authenticator.  My account name is still active as I get the email to change passwords but I'm not sure what to do from here.
