Someone did an unauthorizzed "upgrade" in my accoount. Help!!

Heeello! 
My name is Mike Alyson and last monday someone stole my SWTOR account, someone did a "upgrad" in my account, I'm trying to get support but I'm from Brazil and I can't call for any numbers of the Support Numbers. 
I tried in facebook, I'm looking for Forums and now I'm trying in here.. I don't if here is the right place, but I still trying!! 
Please, help me to get my account baaack!!!
My ninckname in the game is szAlyson and email.. the person who made the "upgrad" in my accoount changed my email too.. I tried get back with "Forgot password" but nothing happens.. :/ My email is [edit: email address removed]
I don't know if this is the person.. but if it is.. my email from EA account was changed too.. to this email "[edit: email address removed]" but I managed to get it back.

    Unfortunately, only phone support can help you with this. If you don't want to call, you have no possibility to get your account back.

    But do not despair, if you don't want to pay for any expensive international calls, you can call via Skype. For more information, see https://help.ea.com/en/article/swtor-support/

    And once you get back your account, make sure to add a Security Token and use different passwords for SWTOR and your e-mail account so they can't hack both at the same time.

    You can find more information on the Security Key at http://www.swtor.com/info/security-key but keep in mind that you don't have to use the official app, you can also use apps like Google Authenticator or WinAuth.
