Someone did an unauthorizzed "upgrade" in my accoount. Help!!
Heeello! My name is Mike Alyson and last monday someone stole my SWTOR account, someone did a "upgrad" in my account, I'm trying to get support but I'm from Brazil and I can't call for any numbers ...
Unfortunately, only phone support can help you with this. If you don't want to call, you have no possibility to get your account back.

And once you get back your account, make sure to add a Security Token and use different passwords for SWTOR and your e-mail account so they can't hack both at the same time.
You can find more information on the Security Key at http://www.swtor.com/info/security-key but keep in mind that you don't have to use the official app, you can also use apps like Google Authenticator or WinAuth.
