I tries to follow the steps in that article, but the UI won't let me access those screens.  Is there some other way to look up my profile?  I'm totally locked up in the game.  I can't navigate any screens.

I have the same issue, can you help me solving it. My game name is "Yan Elrad" started playing on iPhone saturday the 30th of June.

First dl and last played date was yesterday, July 8th 2018

IOS platform 

I am not 100% sure which stats are which so I have attached screenshots as well to verify.

Player level: 3;

Crystal balance: 102;

Credit balance: 2317;

Amount of 1* training droids: 2;

Clone wars Chewy - unknown gear level

Jedi Consular - gear level 2 I believe

Clone sergeant - unknown gear level

The consular was the only character I used a training droid on after the first battle or so; during the second round of battles I crashed after victory and it had me redo the battle when I got back on. Right after that is when I encountered the bug.

These are the two screens that constitute the loop. 

I gave you all my info on the last thread and the problem has still not been fixed.

Please reply because that WAS NOT my account you found.

Hi @invisibili615. Did anything change in the meantime (level, credit balance, crystal balance, gear level, etc.)?
