Sorry for the inconvenience, the restart was caused by the Update we pushed to all players last night. The announcement can be found HERE.
I get that. Not sure why I lost my hPit rewards. Did not think a hotfix push would cause a restart during an active solo run.
The same thing just happened to me. Today, June 20, 2018, at 6:33 pm Central time, I was right in the middle of my guild’s Rancor raid in the third phase, after starting from the beginning. I tapped the chat button to answer a question, and I got a message saying the client had to be restarted. It gave me no option to exit the message. When the game restarted, the raid was over and I had a score of zero. I ALWAYS solo Rancor, and was well on my way to completing it again when the update interfered. I will now not get the top rank rewards I should have gotten. I must insist that I be given my rewards. Then, when I tried to create a new topic for today’s bug, it would not let me post. The “submit” button was greyed out even when there were no corrections to make and all fields were filled in.
Happened to me last night at around 830 central, I accidentally grazed the chat button entirely becaused it was raised up to show our guild chat title bar. Phase 4 of the heroic tank soloing 3 and 4 with part of 2. Instead of 1st place I got a nice fat zero.
Like I stated below, it happened to me last night, 9 Aug18 around 8:30 pm central while crushing a heroic tank. Happened because the chat bar was raised up into the attack commands to show me the guild chat title bar. Since this is a hyper known issue that drives users bonkers, where is the code change that allows the user to delay the update ever so slightly? Any plans along that line in future releases?
