You would need to contact CS to see if they can help in this case. We don't have access to your account information via the forum and for security reasons, you would need to call them.
You can use Skype or another VoIP service if you need to make an international call and are worried about the cost!
you will have to contact them appartley i tried but they wont answer and did a ticket still no so idk what to tell you. however i do have the same problem and also i cant get into the game cause keep kicking i contacted them but they dont care thats what ea does

The main problem is, I can't log in to my SWtor, and since i can't log in. i can't do a thing to the account.
The call support has been suspended because of Cronavirus, and there's is now an email seems. don't know if it will work but already sent them an email (a day ago) to see if it can be resolved somehow.
after all the email of that account is mine and there should not be needed a lot more to resolve the issue

finally found the problem with the recovery password.
it's embarassing, though, after the email is recived and you click the link. there are 4 field to write: display name, pass, confirm pass and sec key.
the issue was that if you HAVEN't SET a sec key, you need to leave this last one empty.
I wan to find a hole so deep right now...
