1st to 3rd not changing

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Xbox Series X
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Camera view won't change from first to third on changes left to right view in third person. When changing to first person the camera view is still in third person from a left side view and a right side view in 3rd
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? DjRobDigital
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/30/2020
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:30pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Campaign
What is your time zone? MIT - GMT - 11:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Any level on campain
What happens when the bug occurs? Camera view moves from left to right instead of 1st to 3rd
What do you expect to see? A change to 1st person

Please fix i find videos of people in 1st person view.

    I'm not sure if I understood your issue correctly. You mean you try to use the button to toggle between 1P and 3P and instead it only changes your shoulder view (left and right)?

    If that's the case, the button to change shoulder view and to toggle between 1P and 3P is the same. To change shoulders you tap it. To change views you hold it. So try to hold this button for a bit and it should change your view from 3rd Person to 1st Person.
