Launcher not opening game, running in Task Manager

So, this is odd. I think I may need to just let the game fully download, but I wanted to check and make sure here.

30% into Main Download (After Min Download), try to run the game and nothing happens. Swtor.exe is in the Task Manager, twice. Now, this is where it gets odd. If I end the BitRaider Distribution Web Client in Task Manager, the game opens within milliseconds. Only once did it load my toons, but now it shows an empty Servers list with *Error: Unable to retrieve server list.*

Something about Bitraider is causing the game to hang. 

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I have tried to delete Bitraider folder and have it re-verify, still nothing. I have also done both editing the client settings and deleted it, to no avail. Also tried Compat XP SP3 on both launcher and swtor.exe. Any help to get in game so I can go dark side on some people would be nice!

EDIT: After waiting a few minutes, the game started on its own, yet now I am still getting the Error: Unable to retrieve server list. Will keep working on it. I have Windows Firewall turned off and no Anti Virus that would cause this.
