    most find the linked ea account needs a password reset , you can try resetting the password on the ea account , if that doesn't help will have a response as mentioned in about 11 hours

  • I don't recal having my account linked with EA, i do have the game installed on steam tho.

    every swtor account is linked to an ea account , usually try the email used when the swtor account was created

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

  • Hi,

    I did try to reset the password but this did not work unfortunatly, i still have the same issue as previously mentioned.

    Don't see any linked accounts on the ea.com account connection tab either, also not using chrome either.

    support cant see an issue on the account , have you tried incognito mode on chrome or deleting the browser cache and cookies ?

    if it persists reply to the email from support and see what they say.

  • they told me to call costumer support line so they can redeem the codes for me, but the phone number for UK support does not seem to be working when i try to call ...

  • Yes i tried firefox and cleared my cache and cookies oin microsoft edge, still no results. I will try to contact support again  next hour or so.

  • Problem is the UK  phone number does not work, i tried again and it says the phone number is not in use.

    Can't you guys put in the  codes for me if i give them in a in-game ticket or something ?

    apologies from support for not checking this when you called them

    To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account luckkeeper00 that has been disabled, that account uses the same email used on your swtor account

    use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

    Hey, just to be sure
    I cannot redeem a new code i bought today because i used previous code on 1 of June this year, so apparently i cannot be a subscriber using new code after my subscription timed off, right. And i cannot use new code every month, right?

    @NUXEDU

    email the code itself into support@swtor.com using the email you have used on the swtor account, also include the swtor account displayname

    i can flag to check but it will be thursday before i get a response here and you need to email the code in anyways

    @NUXEDU

    if the code you have is the Star Wars: the Old Republic - Digital Standard Edition that code can only ever be used once on an account

    if that is the code you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open, so they can help further
    https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/4806237/jump-to/first-unread-message

    if that isnt the code you purchased , then the code itself needs to be emailed into support@swtor.com, at present they have no email from you with the code
