cannot enter ship

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? When I attempted to enter the ship for the first time, I got an error message saying "You are not eligible to enter this ship"
What do you expect to see? I expected to be able to enter the ship
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By attempting to enter the ship (unknown if the issue will crop up any time or only the first time you try to enter the ship)
Currently playing through as Sith Warrior. Have returned to the Fleet following Dromund Kaas missions and am trying to enter the starship for the first time.
I enter through the Class Gate and the ship loads in, but when I try to enter it, I'm given the error message "You are not eligible to enter this ship."
Are you on the mission Leaving Dromund Kaas, and if so, have you tried boarding your ship from Dromund Kaas Spaceport? It may require you to do that to progress the storyline before it unlocks everywhere else.
