I want my guild to get the shards I deserve or to have my mission reset.  Not only do I miss out on shards that I get every single TB, but my entire guild misses out on those shards as well.  I understand games can't be perfect, but this sort of thing has been happening more and more recently and I dump way too much money into this game for it to be getting WORSE as time goes on.  I want the shards that my guild and I deserve.

On top of that...why is there no option to submit a ticket anymore?  I literally spent an hour trying to find a way to submit a ticket for this sort of issue and all your website and service does is route me to this forum.  This is not a customer service option and that fact that you hide and obfuscate the process to submit a ticket means you are attempting to keep people from submitting tickets in a logical method.
