Hoping the community can help me get unbanned

I am hoping someone can briefly look through to see I am not cheating.
Around a month and a half ago I was banned after purchasing the Appo bundle and the episode pass. Essentially immediately after the purchase; so I figured it was a mistake tied to the purchase. This is the only game on my EA account and those purchases have gone through.
After taking the advice of the forum I created an EA issue and did the separate online swgoh ban form that was provided.
From EA help I only get a response that says we are unable to release the ban. I have created 3 separate issues over this time often just asking for the reasoning behind the ban but never get even an explanation.
The form's effect is impossible to gauge because they say they will not reach out you; for privacy reasons? I am contacting you and providing my email...what privacy reasons..
I personally believe this is something that could be figured out in a few minutes if I could actually have a dialogue with someone.
I hope you all can help me get back to playing the game I enjoy playing.
