SWTOR - HK-55 Chapter "Shroud of Memory" quest bugs

Hello, I purchased the HK-55 Chapter "Shroud of Memory" quest off the cartel market. However on two of my characters I have issues that support in game isnt helping me with and will not refund me either.

For one character, somehow I managed to remove the pistol from ZO-OM which prevents her from using 2 important heals. This results in me being unable to beat the final boss in the quest. Support in game daid that theres nothing that can be done and the character cannot obtain ZO-OM now.

For my other character, when I start the quest, ZO-OM doesnt appear as a companion and therefore I recieve no heals and cannot complete the quest. In game support didnt help me on this either. I opened up 15 support tickets for both characters and wasnt refunded or assisted in a fix for the issues.

If anyone has any ideas on how to get these issues fixed, Please let me know. Thank you in advance.

    What is the swtor account , server and character names ?

    1. you should not be able to remove the pistol from zoom 

    2. zoom may fail to appear if you have another chapter quest running already with a guest companion, in which case completing that quest and resetting the zoom mission should do it

    Server: Satele Shan - Imperial Side

    Character 1. Palmarius - Character with the pistol issue

    Character 2. Facultass - Character with the issue that Zoom isnt available in the quest.

    Facultass has Chapter I active on a quest step where Marr is a companion and Marr is taking up the guest slot and blocks zoom. finish the chapter 1 mission and then reset the zoom mission

    Palmarius  likely needs a patch but still asking about that

    Thank you for your help! I will work on the Chapter 1.

    As for the other character, I'll check back here periodically to see if there is any hope for the other character.
