SWTOR - HK-55 Chapter "Shroud of Memory" quest bugs

Hello, I purchased the HK-55 Chapter "Shroud of Memory" quest off the cartel market. However on two of my characters I have issues that support in game isnt helping me with and will not refund me eit...

Facultass has Chapter I active on a quest step where Marr is a companion and Marr is taking up the guest slot and blocks zoom. finish the chapter 1 mission and then reset the zoom mission

Palmarius  likely needs a patch but still asking about that

As for the other character, I'll check back here periodically to see if there is any hope for the other character.
