@SmokeyNook I am having the EXACT same issue. All day now. I also bought a subscription on steam and it hasn't been activated. I contacted support as pinned in this sub and followed the guide with screenshots, but no one has gotten back to me.

I also want to redeem some codes, however the same error pops up as well
