Game crashing at startup

I was playing SWTOR today just fine for 4-5 hours give or take, I tabbed out once and the game crashed, okay no biggie, I log back in, start the game, and it blue screens my computer. Upon the restart caused by the bluescreen, my game has decide it no longer knows how to start/function. It started off by shooting my cpu usage up to 100% and blue screening me over and over and over. I got about 10 bluescreens before i uninstalled the app. I have it downloaded through steam so i've uninstalled and reinstalled, this time it continuously kept crashing. I verified the integrity of the game files and found no issues or any files that needed to be acquired. Yet the problem kept persisting. I've looked up fixes where people say to fix the resolution (which I was having resolution problems, it kept making my monitor turn into 3620 x 2036, but i got it to stop) I edited and saved the file fixing my resolution and the frame rate to 60 but this has also done nothing but make the game crash. I saw in the forums someone said to delete the .ini file total and try again,. upon doing that it removed the fullscreen, d3dfullscreen, and the refreshrate out of the .ini, I have already replaced them but it still does nothing. What am I supposed to do? I dont know what else to do, I've tried every fix but its like I cant play this game anymore at all because of this. The screenshots attached is the .ini file, the 2 after is the black screen when it starts up, then the load screen obviously then it immediately crashes .1 second after that screen is up. I updated my drivers after this started as well, I started the morning off fine on the old driver then the issue happened, updated to the new driver hoping it would fix this issue but it still hasnt helped.

A game cant cause a blue screen but it can trigger one

can you provide a link to a  dxdiag per this guide see if it shows anything that may help narrow down whats happening
