Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Running grand master yoda and only getting credit for 1-3 potency downs per battle when it should be applying 10+. Either the feat doesn't track when you "attempt to inflict" via assists (JML, Shaak-Ti, JKL, JKR), OR it is only tracking actual infliction, in which case the description is wrong.

Either the feat doesn't track when you "attempt to inflict" via assists (JML, Shaak-Ti, JKL, JKR), OR it is only tracking actual infliction, in which case the description is wrong.
@MisterChin333 The feat won't count any time GMY kills the enemy with his basic (dead enemy means no attempt to inflict a debuff can be made) or if he is evaded (standard evade or vs foresight). Could this explain the discrepancies you are seeing?
