Infinite loading screen

Even after performing a clean boot several times and deleting the crashdumps, rimetemp, and screenshot folders several times I'm met with an infinite loading screen when launching through steam or the frosty mod launcher even without mods. My purchase platform is steam and I'm at a loss on what to do next. Please help?

    @lanabenikosimp Try cleaning the Shader cache in the driver and see if that helps.

    Did you remove the entire document folder for SWBF2?

    Hey, @lanabenikosimp  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Star Wars: Battlefront II and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have? 

     

    Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂

    Outside of reinstalling the game what else have you done?

    @EA_Atic I've already tried clean boot several times an ddeleting the crashdumps, rimetemp, and screenshot folders several times like in other posts with the same problem
