Can't connect errors 721 and 524

I've been seeing two errors 721 "Failed to connect" and 524 "this account is not able to play online" in Star Wars Battlefront 2. Server status page says there's no issue and I don't have any bans in my account settings page. 

Is the server just down? I haven't logged in in a while, could you check my account doesn't have any issues?
