SWTOR lags in flashpoints and operations

I am using a fairly new windows PC, it is running windows 11 insider and is all up to date. The network is a cat7 shielded cable right into the router with a 70Mbps/20Mbps connection.

Though while playing with my guild doing operations and flashpoints (even flashpoints solo) my game seems to lag. in operations it seemed to be fps dropping really low.

it got so bad, on crusher I was against the wall pressing taunt every so often and hoping the input would go through in time for the operation to kill the boss.

Is there any tweaks that can be done?
