Where to report bugs?

We do our best when developing our games, but we know things are not always going to work as they should. Have you found an issue in The Sims 4 for Xbox One or PlayStation 4? Please, use Bug Reports forum to let us know. We have a special template there for bug reports, please, open a thread for each bug 🙂

So, what is a technical issue then?

If you have any problem with game installation or patching, this is your place!

If you have console hardware or purchasing issues reach out to PlayStation Support or Xbox Support.

And what is a bug?

If you encounter a crash, or have any problem with game mechanics, functionalities, animation, etc… Please report it in the Bug reports forum.

If you are not sure what you are experiencing is a bug or not, don't worry - open your thread on Bug reports boards, and it will be moved if needed. Please, don't open the same thread in both boards.
