My First Pet Stuff Pack
I bought the My First Pet pack with the Cats and Dogs expansion pack as a bundle. We had it prior to any september updates this year. I log into my sims and my pet "hampster" and everything in that pack is now been removed. It says "purchase" instead of "owned". Why is that glitching out, after it took a YEAR to even have access to the pack. Im NOT fixing to buy the "My First Pet" stuff pack a second time. Please can you please fix this!!

Let's be sure both packs from this bundle are fully installed to your console.
If you play on Xbox, follow these steps:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
If you're on PlayStation, try these steps:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
