try pressing the Alt + Enters keys on the loading screen , otherwise edit the client_setting file mentioned in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/Guide-Game-failing-to-launch-on-Clicking-Play/m-p/4809830/highlight/true#M70795
Edit: just to clarify do you mean on the launcher or does the game launch and its the initial loading screen of the game
