What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug When I try to login into my Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes wccount it says to restart because kf an error connection although my connection is just fine everywhere else. Even when restarting it the same error comes up saying error code 3.0. This is preventing me from getting on my account

If there is a way to get this fixed. It is not allowing me to get into the account in which i spent money on. If there is a fix please help

    Same problem. I reinstalled the game and signed in but then I get the error message to restart.

    same issue - as soon as I did hte update start getting this error - tried on both iOS and bluestax. tried the "contact ea" but that promises to send a response in-game (which is pretty useless since I can't log in to the game"

    Okay I informed my self and a lot of people are having this issue today because of the servers so it is not just us. Hopefully there will be a fix soon and they should compensate all players.

    it is something related to the account not network connection - I run both on my phone and bluestax - the same machine with bluestax has a 2nd instance with an alt on it, and the alt account works fine.

    The alt will also eventually shut down temporarily as well unless you are lucky because about 7p percent of the player base is having this problem
