Can’t connect to the EA Servers on PC Client

Hello

I’ve just downloaded and installed EA Play and SWGOH PC client. When I start the game it loads the update data (roughly 40MB) just fine but after “Loading Catina” message, the dialog shows up saying “Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection…”

What I’ve tried:
- Disable firewalls
- Uninstall and reinstall both EA Play and SWGOH
- Unlink EA account and reconnect in the game on mobile device.

None of them work, same exact result.

PC: Windows 11 with sufficient specs. Newly installed latest version of Windows and drivers.

I can play the game with my iPhone on the same network just fine.

Please help.

    Did you ever find a solution? I have been having this issue the past 2-3 days now and don't know how to fix it. I have tried everything you listed above and nothing seems to work at the moment maybe I just need to play mobile for a while and pray it fixes itself.

    same issue here. I've uninstalled and reinstalled It. And nothing.
