Iv preordered the pack and it doesn’t even show that I own it smh unacceptable…iv deleted everything reinstalled everything done every update and nothing

Are you seeing the preorder of For Rent showing in your PlayStation's account transaction history?
It showed up and I was able to play For Rent Expansion pack. The only reason put the picture of the purchase of the game to show that I bought it on my PS4 version for off the PlayStation store. It was saying that I didn’t buy it when I preordered it.
