  • Yes, the old install/directory is still there.

I did find the install directory, and ran the .exe file below, to point to the correct directory.

However, now have attached the screen capture.

It's now saying the login service is unavailable and access my twitter account ?

So, first question I don't understand the screen capture?

Second, you mentioned not being able to find in my game library or even in Browse?

Third, do I try a fresh Install ?   From the executable, but now back to first issue, above.

I need to head out, but thanks for your response, and hopefully EA can fix my Library issue.

    Will check in tomorrow.

    Much appreciated.

  • I think I know what's going on, but I need to verify with support.

Long story short, over the last ~12 years I've had 3 ID's and 2 emails.

When the new app was default install, it messed up the correction I put in back in December.

Now my email is linked to an NEW ID, so when I log in, I see the EA PRO, but not my original purchase under the OLD ID, but since it's tied to my e-mail I can see my order history.

    Bizarre to say the least.

I appreciate the launcher idea, it had an older account ID saved, not sure how or why, but that triggered my memory when I saw it.

This was fixed through EA support back in December, not to go back to them again.

Thank you much for your time, and effort.

From what i can gather there is no rush to add swtor to the ea app as it has its own launcher , once other games are integrated they may get around to adding swtor as well

The login server is unavailable message you get is usually caused by a firewall or antivirus blocking the game
