Cannot Redeem Code for Amethyst Vulptilla Minipet on SW:TOR Website

Good morning!

When I tried to redeem the new promotion for the Amethyst Vulptilla Minipet by redeeming Code SWTORSWC25, it keeps saying I already redeemed it. However, my history does not show that I have. Could you please help me with this? Thank you!

if it says it has been redeemed you should have it, not all code redemptions get listed

I had the same issue - never got the pet or mount :(
I play SWTOR with my daughter and she is still upset about it months later (we thought maybe it woudl show up on the last day or something)

you can raise a ticket by emailing mailto:support@swtor.com, not sure how they will handle this though
