Cats & Dogs Xbox Bundle

I bought the cats and dogs bundle on Xbox and it says that it is downloaded on my Xbox and that I own the pack in the game but nothing has changed.  Nothing shows up in build mode or live play. And I’ve restarted by console and quit the game. What do I do??

    Hello @ItsLilly1010 

    Please follow these steps to be sure your DLC is fully installed to your console:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
