@FamilyLover6691 The sound is probably this issue: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-INPUT-ROM-Scary-magicky-sound-on-home-lot/td-p/8188643 which got fixed for PC/Mac on the last patch and probably will be (hopefully) fixed on the next console patch as well.

As for the circle, but hard to say what it is without a picture but if it was a one time thing, I wouldn't worry about it.
