I was told they tried every method to trying to find out a way to get me to get the E-mail. i get every E-mail besides the forgot password one. they never seen or anyone else doesnt have this issue i'm gonna assume. so I was told just make a new account </3.....
I made that account at like 2008 i think and been playing the game randomly over the years so i just lose everything...... it's really upsetting

if the email isn't in the spam folder, best to call swtor support when the lines are open, and update the email to another email address
I just called back and it was the same guy he said that he couldn't understand me because my phone sound like static and i that i need to call back

I gather you confirmed the emails are not in your junk folder ?
if so, and given outlook is problematic it seems, as a test i would create a gmail email address and call support back on say monday and put the gmail email address , you can also use the email as googlemail.com so get the agent to try both gmail.com and googlemail.com and see if the reset email arrives ok , just be sure with gmail to also check the spam folder

can you call back and use specifically you@googlemail.com not you@gmail.com , also be sure not in the spam folder with gmail emails
