Sims 3 origin key problem help??, (Activate code?,combination code?) Game sync

Hello! My name is Jack and I'm a fairly new simmer, I've been playing sims 2 since last year and sims 4 since last July. I recently made a purchase from GameSync, which seemed trustworthy since I've used it before. Now this time I wanted to purchase the sims 3, standard edition for mac. And I paid for it and got the code in 2 minutes. However, I was expecting the sims 3. But when I entered the code, the stuff pack 70s 80s 90s stuff pops up instead of the sims 3. I contacted game sync and they told me to activate the code. This is what they said, "

Hi Jack,

It's a combination code after activation you will receive also the sims 3."  Now I have no idea how to activate a code but I did click confirm when it said 70s 80s 90s stuff. When I sent them an email back asking them to walk me through the steps they said, "after you activate it it will just also add sims 3 to the library". This seems like the answer.

Can someone help me or walk me through on how to activate a code?

    @SdwllFam  Please remove the screenshot from your post, since it shows your email address; that's not something that should be on a public forum.

    It sounds like you received only a code for the one stuff pack, not the base game.  While there have been plenty of bundles that include the base game and a pack, I've never seen one that includes the base game and only a stuff pack.  So I think GameSync is either incorrect or misleading you here.

    Regardless, if you had only one code and it only listed the stuff pack, there's nothing you can do to add the base game to your account.  EA does not offer support for purchases from third-party sellers.  If the product keys work, fine; if they don't, you need to take it up with the seller.  Sorry I don't have anything else to offer here.
