I received an email saying I have a personal coupon code for the Sims 4 Lovestruck Expansion pack that will automatically be applied upon check out in the EA app but when I go to checkout it is only showing me 10%. I can not find any other restriction other than for PC and Mac only. Images attached.
Same here. The headline of the email says the discount is 20% off, and the email itself even says, 'Your 20% discount will be applied automatically!' yet when you go to checkout it says the discount is only 10% off. I am in the US.
Same thing here, but I’m in the US.
I'm also in Canada; received the 20% offer email but for me the discount doesn't apply at all - I've tried restarting the EA app, logging in two different ways (email+ EA password and the Google connected login - the "coupon" was sent to my gmail account) and have repeatedly tried adding Lovestruck to my cart, without any discount ever applying.
I am in the US and my email does not have a specific % but when I follow the instructions, I am not getting a discount at all.
